Do you feel stuck in a particular area of your life? The Clarity Coaching Intensive includes 10 focused sessions to help you find your way through a specific challenge in one aspect of your life. This program is designed to improve wellness and life satisfaction and help you achieve your goals by cultivating greater mental-emotional awareness and resilience, enhancing clarity, and promoting greater mind-body connection, all while deepening your connection to nature and yourself. You will spend regular time in outside, actively and passively receiving the inherent restorative benefits of nature, engage in mindfulness practices, and develop mind-body skills that will support you in your life journey.

Clarity Coaching Intensive Pricing

Great for those who might already be familiar with Nature-based Mindfulness and Wellness, who already spend significant time outside, who have a busy schedule, or who are confident doing self-development work on their own. It is ideal for those looking to expand their toolkit, knowledge, and Nature-based Mindfulness practice. The Pathfinder option includes two extended upfront coaching sessions that will empower you to continue on your journey with a range of exercises, techniques, and resources, and a renewed sense of clarity, focus, and empowerment.

Pathfinder Coaching includes:

Two Extended Nature-based Mindfulness & Wellness Coaching Sessions (completed within 1-2 weeks)

Progress Tracking: Two follow-up sessions over the next 4 months to monitor progress and provide individualized support (1 hour each)

NOTE: In-person sessions will always take place outside according to your ability and capacity.

Pathfinder Coaching Pricing

Whether you are exploring Nature-based Mindfulness & Wellness for the first time, trying to find the right coach, or are already on board and just want to set up occasional sessions, Single Sessions offer a flexible and affordable on-the-go option.

Types of Single Sessions:

1st Session: In-person nature walk and Client Intake Self-Discovery and Exploration (1.5 hours)

2nd Session: Life Balance Assessment, Goal Setting, and Personalized Integrative Wellness Action Plan (1.5 hours)

Follow-up Sessions: Engage in nature-based mindfulness experiences and reflections, meditations, readings, challenge by choice activities, and integrative life coaching techniques tailored to your goals, needs, and interests (1 hour each)

Note:

All new clients will at least do a 1st Session with me, and if working with me feels like a good fit, continue on with a 2nd session. You can choose the frequency and quantity of follow-up sessions that works best for you. Or you can choose another coaching plan like a Pathfinder or Clarity Coaching Intensive.
